The Pool Igloo arrives neatly packed with all necessary peices approximately 3 to 6 weeks after your order. Set aside a weekend in order to complete the assembly and set up. Proper set up requires atleast 2 people. We actively persue feedback from our customers reguarding installation and satisfaction with our product and have so far been overwhelmed with positive responses.

Our kit includes a very simple to understand instruction manual. Every effort is made to make assembly simple and easy for every customer. We also provide easy contact methods via email and phone support to answer any questions that may arise.
